Período de alquiler: El período mínimo de alquiler es de 24 horas. El período de alquiler figura en el contrato, Olé se otorga el derecho de recoger cualquier vehículo alquilado en cualquier momento con la única obligación de reembolsarle al cliente el posible saldo de lo que ha sido abonado a la cuota contratada y el período que figure en el contrato. El cliente tiene que ponerse en contacto con la compañía no menos de 24 horas antes de la finalización del período de alquiler, si quiere solicitar una prolongación, para adquirir un contrato nuevo. Las condiciones de la prolongación serán las mismas como las del acuerdo original y el cliente está conforme a pagar la parte proporcional de la prolongación. En caso de avería o accidente fuera del tiempo acordado en el contrato de alquiler, el cliente es responsable de pagar todos los daños y gastos.

Rental period: Minimum rental is 24 hours. The rental period is stated in the contract. Olé reserves the rightlo collect any vehicle at any time, with the only obligation of reimbursing the renter the possible balance of what has already been paid at the contracted rate and period stated in the contract. The client must contact the company minimum 24 hours before the end of the renta^ period, if he wishes lo apply for extension, in order lo obtain a new contract. The conditions of the extension will rem,ain the same as in the original agreement and the renter agrees lo pay the proportional part of the extension. In case of break down or accident outside the agreed renta^ period the renter is liable lo pay all damages and expenses.

Cuotas: No hay ningún "extra" escondido en nuestra TARIFA TODO INCLUIDO. Los precios incluyen Km. ilimitados, seguro y el 16% de IVA. Las cuotas no incluyen gasolina. Todas las cuotas están en euros y pueden cambiar sin previo aviso.

Rates: There are no hidden extras in our ALL INCLUSIVE TARIFF. The prices include free unlimited Km. insurance and 16% IVA (VAT). The rates do not include petrol. Al rates are quoted in Euros  and are subjectto changes without prior notíce.

Seguro: El seguro no incluye las pertenencias del conductor o las de los ocupantes del vehículo. Este cubre el incendio y robo del coche pero no los objetos robados del coche o robo del radiocassette. NO DEJE NADA EN EL COCHE Y CIERRELO SIEMPRE BIEN.

Insurance: The insurance has no coverage for the driver's or passenger's belongings in  the car. The insurance covers fire and theft of the car but not ítems stolen from the car or rheft of radiocassette. DO NOT LEAVE ANY OBJECTS IN THE CAR AND LQCK IT ALWAYSPROPERLY.

.En caso de accidente o acto criminal contra nuestro coche, el cliente está obligado a denunciar el acto o accidente a la policía e informar a la compañía inmediatamente. El cliente tiene la obligación de tomar nota del nombre, de la dirección y la matrícula de la contraparte y su compañía de seguros junto con el número de la póliza. El cliente debe describir, brevemente pero con exactitud, el incidente y tomar nota del testigo que haya. El cliente no tiene derecho a discutir o ponerse de acuerdo sobre cualquier detalle del accidente. Si el coche es retenido por la razón que sea, debido a la negligencia del cliente, él será responsable.

In case of any accident or criminal act against the car the client is obliged lo makepolice report and inform the company inmediately. The client is obliged lo take note of name, acidress and registration number of the counterpart and his insurance-company and policy number. Furthermore the client must briefly but accurately describe the incident and take note of any witness. The client is not allowed lo discuss and agree on any details of the incident. If the car is detained for whatever reason due lo negligence by the renter he will be held responsible.

Ejemplos de acto criminal contra nuestro coche: el coche es robado; hay partes exteriores o interiores del coche robadas, p. ej. ruedas, asientos del coche; se ha ejercido vandalismo grave contra el coche.

Uso indebido del coche:

empujar o remolcar a otros vehículos o aparatos.

Conducir en lugares que no están designados o que no sirven para el tráfico público, tales como playas, pistas de carreras, etc.

Transportar bienes o animales en el coche, y transportar a personas o bienes que directa o indirectamente implicaría un pago o un subalquiler.

Transportar más personas o equipaje en el coche que el estipulado.

Cargar equipaje sin la baca.

 Conducción imprudente en el campo.

 Dejar bienes visibles en el coche.

 Negligencia por pasividad ante los pilotos de advertencia del coche.

 Excesiva suciedad en el interior del coche (polvo,tierra, etc.) Conducir en estado de cansancio, enfermedad o bajo influencia del alcohol, medicina o drogas. Una persona no mencionada en el contrato conduciendo el vehículo.

Salir de la Península Ibérica con el vehículo alquilado.Retrasos en la entrega del coche. Por una hora de retraso en la entrega del coche se cargará un día completo extra de alquiler.

 Daños a las partes interiores o exteriores del coche causados por el uso indebido del coche implicará la completa responsabilidad por parte del cliente. El uso indebido del vehículo implicará el cargo de indemnización vía tarjeta de crédito, depósito o similar.

Examples of a criminal act against the vehicle:

 The car is stolen.Stolen exterior or interior parts of the car such as wheels, tyres, car seat   Break-in with glass orbodywork damage   Extreme vandalism of the car.

Use of the vehicle in an unauthorized way is:

To push or pul^ other vehicles or any other craft.

Driving in places not designed or meant for public traffic such as beaches, racetracks, etc.

To transport goods or animals in the car and transport of persons or goods which directly or indirectly implies payment or subrental.

 To carry more persons or luggage in the car than it was designed for.

 To load luggage on the car rcof without the luggage rack.

 Imprudent driving in the country.

 Leave objects visible in the vehicle.

 Negligence of the warning signals in the vehicle.

 Extreme filthiness of the vehicle of the car's interior. To drive in a state of fatigue or illness or under influence of alcohol, medicine or drugs. 

 To leave the Iberian Península.

 Late delivery of the car. One houre lapsed and anaciditionel completed will bec harged.

 Damages lo the car's interior or exterior parts caused by unauthorized use of the vehicle will implythe fui^ responsability forthe client. Use of the vehicle in an unauthorized way will imply an indemnification amount which will be withdrawn vía your credit card, deposit or others.
